Sci-Five!
I’ve been working on a project that will run on Amazon’s mTurk of which I will post in a few days. The goal of the project is to create a way to capture worker IDs and pass them to a remote server so that workers can’t access the same Human Intelligence Tasks – something that the mTurk API does not really provide a way to do yet. I’ve got it working though so I’ll get it up here soon.
In the meantime, I found this shirt which I plan on purchasing so I thought I’d share – something about it speaks to me…
From the website:
“Let’s say aliens with pointy ears and bowl-cuts land in your backyard. You want to make a good first impression, right? You want them to welcome us into the galactic community instead of annihilating us with space lasers, right? How are you going to greet them? A handshake? A salute? A $5 off coupon to the Sizzler?
NO! You show ‘em how we do it on EARTH! You slap that bad boy a SCI-FIVE! Slap it so hard his mamma feels it back on the home world.“
